Great access to several places for either food or shopping pleasure. Clean, new, stairways and elevator under construction but in time these will be like the rest of the hotel. The rooms we had were brand new and quite comfortable for our overnight stay for college graduation. I would highly recommend Quality Inn in W. Springfield as it was quite convenient to our venue. Easy access on and off highways.\r
