During maintenance on the septic system, it was discovered that the concrete septic tank had partially eroded. The culprit, a water softener incorrectly installed. The drain from the softener was inserted into the septic drain line in the basement.
John arrived to determine the next course of action would be a new tank and distribution box.
One of his crews, Wolfie and Donald arrived, installed the new tank and distribution box in an expedient and professional manner.
John arrived again for his inspection. Found a landscaping issue that were not up to his standards and took care of them post-haste.
