Technician seemed in a rush to finish. Did not leave a copy of the summary of the work done or payment receipt. He had trouble connecting his terminal and had to take my credit card outside to run it. He used the garden hose to wash out the compressor and left it in a pile in the flower bed rather than returning it to where it was found.

Sorry that our technician did not return the garden hose to its proper place. The technician is the same tech on prior service calls to your home; did he perform satisfactorily on those prior service calls?
