I am deeply concerned with the negative feedback on Preston. We have been taking our standard poodles to Preston for the past 10 years. My dogs, my Mother's and my Aunt's dogs. We have never had a bad experience. All of our dogs have loved Preston. We do not, however, have them groomed there. Never tried as we like our Groomer. The dogs have enjoyed being there and sometimes play coy when we pick them up ... pretending they don't know who we are, etc. until we try to leave! I have taken our dogs to other kennels prior to Preston and had extremely bad experiences at those kennels. Given the negative press above, I suggest you try it for yourself before making a decision. While every kennel is not for every pet, I believe Preston cares about the dogs they board.
