One of our neighbors has used Smart Electric and my husband, who is an electrical engineer, had contacted Randy McKeen in the past for some HOA work. So when we needed work done on our home these past few months, we contacted Smart Electric.
They were nothing but professional. Lewis arrived on time and quickly found the problem and was able to give a clear solution and at different price points. Our problem was a fire hazard so Lewis worked off-hours arranging for Dominion to come out and replaced our electrical panel. They did so with as little disruption as possible and worked efficiently and neatly.
We were so happy with their work that a month later when we needed minor electrical work we had Lewis come back out to pick up what the home inspector had requested. At the same time they also scheduled the final inspection for our panel with the county. It was nice having them final the permit and walk with the inspector as many companies have the homeowner do so.
For one of the jobs I had a billing question on and Randy called right away and addressed my questions. I could not believe how great the customer service was. I work in the construction industry and rarely find a company that cares so much about customer satisfaction. We plan to use Smart Electric in our new house and would recommend them to any of our friends.
