I've got a heat pump within my condo unit, and when I first called Snyder Heating and Air Conditioning in, they completely serviced the whole unit from top to bottom. They checked everything and gave me a reasonable monthly rate for two service calls a year. The work turned out excellent.
In terms of their service, they call prior to just before getting to your unit and they coordinate everything. I've had problems with other AC and heating companies and they don't come up to the quality of Snyder's.
