My experience in the beginning was great, it was once I pulled off the car lot that I realized it was a big mistake. The mistake was not buying the Toyota Camry, it was buying it from Dave Edwards Toyota. Toyota has a college rebate program that is advertised on their website, Dave Edwards seems to know nothing about this and told me that I would need to contact Toyota Finance directly after I purchased the car, in order to take advantage of the rebate. This information came directly from Steve McQueen, the manager. Once I contacted Toyota they told me that this was to be done at the dealership and had to be included in my contract and that at this point it was too late. This meant that I lost out on $750. The next problem was the salesperson Tracy Crisp, the car was $18,900, it was even written on the windshield. When the buyers agreement was presented to me it said $18,995, I was told by Tracy that the $95 would be removed. In the midst of the whole day, it slipped by me and I left.
