I brought my vehicle in for long-overdue service. I had previously gone to San Leandro Hyundai and couldn't stand the fact that regardless of my appointment time, if someone pulled in ahead of me (even if they were hours early and I was on time), they would get seen first! I stopped going there because of that, but I had heard great things about Dublin Hyundai so I finally scheduled an appointment. You have no idea how awesome it was to have a scheduled appointment time and to be able to pull up and be seen by my service specialist right away! Fantastic!
And my Service Specialist, Danny Becker, was terrific. Very friendly, professional, thorough and compassionate. Just a very nice man who made the experience (even when I got a call with some bad news about my car) so much better than it could have been. He was great!
The Dealership was clean and the people I dealt with (phone and in person) were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dublin Hyundai.
