I am sorry others had a bad experience, but I was truly impressed with Jim's. After paying for high dollar repairs at the bmw dealership for years and still having problems, my friend recommended them to me. First, they were aware of what a previous mechanic had said, that I had blown a head gasket. Yet, they found that this was not the case. Second, they took me to look over my car and was shown the areas that needed addressing. Many of these I had been told before by the dealership but they always charged too much. I signed an estimate, and for the first time ever, the final total came in under estimate! I had great service by a knowledgeable technician and front office staff.
