We been a customer for about 5 years now.. Never had a problem & always been happy with their service. But we recently took our vehicle in to get it fixed & they fixed parts that needed to be fixed but didn't fix the problem that we wanted & the main reason we took our car in for. Still making some loud knocking noise. Not very happy right now. Thinking of taking our car elsewhere.
