My husband and I chose the Ford Store of San Leandro to checkout a used car we saw online. We made an appointment to view it and even got a reminder call from them about the appointment. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality we received was impressive. The person who called us for the reminder met us in the lobby and introduced us to the salesman, JR, who already greeted us as soon as we arrived. JR brought us to the car and let us thoroughly check it out and test drive it. JR is very personable and professional and made us feel comfortable, not pressured to buy the car. He worked with us on getting the numbers we could deal with to buy the car. Once we were in the right area numberwise, he introduced us to Cal in financing. Cal thoroughly explained all parts of the contract. He was very personable and professional as well. Once financing was done and all papers signed Cal and JR congratulated us and brought us to our new vehicle. They even gave us a bunch of keychains.
I haven't had too many experiences withcar dealerships, but this one was by far the best. I have already told my friends and family about my experience and recommened The Ford Store of San Leandro, especially JR. He has a catchy motto and has been in the business more than 20 years: If you wanna buy a car, you call JR. Next time myself or someone is looking for a car, I will definitely keep them in mind!
