We had a lot of rust in our very hard water and Merv installed a Kinetico Water Softener and a Multi-purpose Filter for us. He did a great job, was very neat and explained how the whole operation worked. We are very impressed with the equipment and service. Kelly did a follow up 2 weeks after we had it installed, the water was 0 hardness and the PH was normal. A great system and super people to work with.
