I awoke to no heat and it was 28 degrees outside. I made a call to D&M who is a Carrier Dealer and I had a Carrier furnace. Jeff called before arriving as requested and had all of the parts to effect a quick and speedy repair. He also got my April Air unit working and replaced the pad. I purchased their maintenance program and they will be coming out shortly to go over the air conditioning unit to make sure that it is operating at peak efficiency. Prompt courteous service and price fairly. IT IS UNFORTANUTATE THAT I CAN ONLY RATE THEM (5) STARS AS THEY DESERVE A (10) STAR RATING. I am a customer for life.
