This is a nice motel to crash at if you are visiting the falls and don't want to shell out a ton for a view of the falls from your room.\r

The room was adequately sized and the bed comfy. The bathroom and towels were clean too.\r
Best part was the breakfast. They sufficiently stacked breakfast with Bagels, Muffins, Cereals, breads, jams etc. This was the first motel I found that does not try to skim on the breakfast.
