I highly discourage anyone from taking their car to this business. My car was damaged by them. When I confronted them their initial reaction was that they did not cause the damage, then after realizing they did, I had to ask for a refund, it was not offered! FYI, the manager cannot refund you, but can offer you a gift certificate. NO thank you! In order to fix the damage, the manager advised the only way was to take the damaged parts to a body shop of HIS choice. This is against the law in the state of CT. As a car owner you have the right to choose where you get your car fixed. The customer service at this place was beyond terrible, very little employees speak any English and the manager is certainly not willing to keep the customers satisfied.
