They KEPT MY CAR for 3 MONTHS, they changed managers like underwear, told me I was getting a ""Brand New Aftermarket (better than GM)"" transmssion for only $3,500 wich I paid upfront, then treated me and my wife like crap. 2 DAYS LATER, WORSE problems than before, sent back. Another 2 WEEKS passed, I had enough. They sent it to Kingwood. They told me THERE WERE NO BRAND NEW PARTS IN IT and they COULD NOT REFUND THE DIFFERENCE (1,000) for just the rebuilt tranny. Got it back, similar problem, fixed in a day. 14 MONTHS LATER (convieniently after warranty exp.) my car would only drive in manual, I got it to the shop said it would take an hr to check, I was there 3 before they said leave it for a few days. I drove it back in manual, which he said it would be ok to do since it does shift, got about a mile or 2 from my house in Humble and NOTHING BUT REVERSE WORKED. I DROVE HOME IN REVERSE for 2 MILES. Took to another shop close by and of course they need $. The OWNER NEVER CALLED US BACK, SO MY WIFE HAD TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB. Youre better off watching a youtube video and fixing it yourself. DONT GO HERE, unless you like being treated like crap and spending alot of money for it. They should change their name to F minus.
