The bike came very well packaged and the general assembly was simple to complete. The color is even better than I anticipated. The only reason I didn't give the total experience 5 stars has to do with the extras I ordered. For the price, I would have expected that the fenders would have been installed, especially since the back tire must be deflated and then re-inflated to complete. I have yet to finish this. The basket could use a better installation instruction as well......Now if the snow would stop falling in Minnesota, I would be ready to "hit the road"!!! (Haven't been this excited since I got my first Harley years ago!!!!) My dealer was great to work with -- unfortunately she lives a distance away, so cannot take the bike to her for help!
