My latest experience in the service department was an extremely pleasant one. Mike Hoff took very good care of us. Just one more reason why we have been loyal Vancouver Toyota customers for over a decade. With purchasing four cars from McCords we haven't had much opportunity to use the service dept. but the few times have lead to us being lifelong customers.
