the worst company ever...got a Kirby wanted to return it keep calling by the time they got back to me they said it was too late..stuck with this vacuum I cant use as we got rid of carpet hince why I wanted to return it after using once had a garnishment for 2200 tried to call them too see how much I paid and not one person had the answer so how much is left idk because ive paid it off but still get it took from my check waiting for them to release it all I can say is don't do it tell Kirby to get the hell of your doorstep who wanna buy a vacuum lol
