Overall I've had a great experience in working with Image Auto Repair and they have out shined most if not all other shops in the nearby area in regards to customer service. I've had my smog done there, my brakes and several tune-ups and everytime I've compared them with other companies from a cost point of view, they have come out the cheaper route and like I said the customer service was great. They even picked me up from a train station in San Francisco once in order to help me out when my car wasn't running and I had to get it towed. These guys are great and I highly recommend them to anybody in the area looking for some mechanical help at a reasonable rate.
