Never will we rent anything from Taylor Rental again. After renting a submersible pump I was charged extra 200 hundred dollars on my account for being 2 days late on returning it. Taylor debited my account 305.00 dollars without my knowledge and messed up a car payment I had made. When I paid them the 118 I owed they said... ""We tried to call you (with the wrong number) and talked to a ""drug addict""! They insulted us and then put this fictitious charged on the account! We told them to credit it back and they said they would but 2 days later still no money in there! This company is very unprofessional and I will never deal with them again! I think the only drug addicts are the ones working there!
