Really Bad in the Service Department twice now they have dropped the ball in ordering parts from the factory on our under warranty Thor Tuscany. This last time now on Feb 28th 2014 we had our whole windshield wiper assembly fall. I sent photos to Sean in Service like he asked I called up on 3/27/2014 and found out they had not even ordered it. They told me they where having it sent out expedited because they screwed up again.....and Found out today that it was not and that it will be here on April 4th. So what is wrong with them and their service department can't even order parts. They make lots of excuses but twice now this has happened. I called THOR and they said to use any other dealer and told me to use Total Value RV which is near their factory. This very sad to pay all this money for a Brand new Motor home and get lousy service that you have to check up on all the time and lies with the bad service.
