It started off with the worst experience ever. I had set an appointment for 11:00 am and I was 8 minutes late due to traffic & my sister was there before me. My appointment was with a very rude lady named Monique Nuygen(short Asian lady) as soon as I walked in the door she rushed me to the chair & yank my purse from my shoulder & told me I was late. I had it set up to get the special they had for 99.00 but I wanted to do more & not go with the special knowing that I would pay more. She told me that she had another client coming in & said she only have an hour & 45 min till her next client will arrive & I was wasting her time because I was taking my time trying to figure out what I wanted to get done with my hair for my wedding. So I told her don't worry about it I don't want anything to do with her. I will have someone else do my hair. She told me go ahead & go to another salon. The reception was nice enough to call someone else in to help me. Jen I believe that is her name, showed up within 10 minutes & took her time to ask me what my wants & needs were. Very nice respectful lady that had great customer service. I am not a picky customer & she tried her best to colored my hair. I ended up paying more but it was ok because I always pay for great customer service & tipped her an extra 50.00 for her time to work with me. I will never go back there due to the lack of respect one of their hairstylist had with me but Jen did a great job trying to fix the issue I already had with Monique. I will never forget the treatment I had there with this lady & I hope one day she will realize that in any place of business you do not treat a paying customer in that type of way. If anyone else that is a new client trying to book an appointment there ask for anyone else besides her. All the other stylist was so nice & friendly trying to help. If she wasn't there I would definitely go back. It's too bad because I would of brought 11 of my bridesmaids to get our hair & nails done there next week for my reception & now I will have to search for another salon on the area to do all of our hair.
