Dave C came out early on Sunday morning and took care of the problem and took good care of us. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Within a few hours his Supervisor, Todd, came out and scoped the drain to show that it was clear and gave us some very helpful tips. I appreciated their response time and quality work.
