FCC Collision Centers took a little longer than expected but that was probably through no fault of their own. I got rear-ended so I took it in. There was a little mix up in the beginning where I was supposed to drop off my car on Monday but they couldn't get a hold of my insurance until Tuesday. But they were on top of everything immediately and very friendly. They kept me updated via text message so I knew where they were at all times so that was really cool.
