The staff was friendly, knowledgable, skilled, and Honest! I live in northern KY and was in the neighborhood when I stopped in for an oil change. I requested tire rotation as well and a staff member came back inside and told me my tires were shot and it would be like stealing from me to rotate them since I really just needed new ones. He was very helpful and provided me with reasonably priced estimates. I would have purchased the new tires had I not been in a time crunch. I was so impressed with the staff that I will be driving to Fairfield now for oil changes! And my other automotive needs.
