I have leased a vehicle from this store twice now and I received the same great service as I had from my previous visit. Tony Guzman does a fantastic job being patient and trying to make your payments comfortable for you when buying a new vehicle. There is no pressure to buy and no hassle when doing paperwork. Even more so is the service department. I had only leased my vehicle for 5 days and my car suffered a huge crack in the windshield. I took it to the store with the idea that it would be my responsibility. Dan Andrade and the VP of sales wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and opted to replace it for free! I did not expect this and it gave me even more confidence in Ford and its employees who represent their brand name.
