We had a plugged drain and called Whipple. Joe Crowley was the technician who they sent to do the job. It was a very difficult task and Joe took getting our drain open very personally and would not quit until he had accomplished the mission. I can't praise him enough and he should be commended as an excellent representative for his company. EXCELLENT JOB
