My name is Patricia Blair. I had my first visit at the Sheats Endodontic Group in Cool Springs on February 18, 2014. The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. I saw Dr. Sheats, Sr. on my first visit. He was very kind and explained in detail the procedure I needed and the reason why I needed it. I returned on Feb. 20th and Dr. Mathis performed my root canal. She was a lovely person as well and very gentle. All and all my experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs their serves. Also, they gave me a goodie bag when I left. It had a very encouraging book inside. This is the first time that I have heard of the Sheats' practice, however, if I ever need endodontic care I will surely return to them.
