My order was over an hour late with absolutely no communication directly from the restaurant telling me it would be late. I had to reach out to grubhub multiple times to complain and to get updates on its status. The original delivery time was supposed to be 8:40PM and the food didn't arrive until close to 10:00PM. Grubhub tried to remedy the situation with some free grub for later use, but in that case the meal should have been free or the restaurant should have at least reached out to apologize. If the food was decent I might not have been as upset once it arrived, but it was sadly mediocre. The kind of food you get from an Italian restaurant in the middle of nowhere where people don't know any better.
