After suffering through many warranty repairs, then dealing with the same company after the warranty expired i was fed up. When my GE dryer stopped working AGAIN I was ready for a new repair provider. i called Lake-Country; was given an appointment in hours, not weeks. Josh show up promptly; checked for cause. He retrieved parts from his truck vs. the mail order and then come come back to fix it in 10 days routine I had gotten used to. This was the BEST REPAIR EVER!
P.S. never buy GE major appliances.
