They also fixed a problem area for just a small additional charge. Hector went above and beyond with the repair and cleaning! He helped move our table, vacuumed, cleaned and gave me tips on caring for my carpet. Hector was very professional & friendly. I felt completely comfortable with him. I am excited to use Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning again, and I will be sure to request Hector again too!
