I have no opinion on the Doctors here since I have never used them. However, the Direct Nutrition department here is terrible. If you like Metagenics products then purchase them through a reputable dealer. We bought 3 Ultrameal: Dutch Chocolate. The first one was fine however the second one was rancid and instead of replacing the container, we were told that they would have to test it and then they would get back to us. After 2 weeks we called them back and they told us nothing was wrong with the product. After asking to get it back so that we could try to go through Metagenics for a replacement we were told that they had disposed of it. Overall the Direct Nutrition part of this company seems dishonest and shady. If you decide to purchase products from them then I hope you have better luck then we did.
