It was easy to set up a schedule to get my vehicle serviced. Everything was supposed to be done in a day but the individual who was supposed to repair my vehicle was injured (third party individual) and my repairs were delayed. Unfortunately it was on Friday so I did not get my vehicle back until Tuesday. When I went to go pick up my vehicle, the Toyota of Bellevue staff was unable to locate my car. I think this was due to the fact that they did not communicate with the rest of the team as to where the car was parked. The staff tried to make it easy for me to pick up my car by parking it out front but failed to notify me or the rest of the staff. Other than that, everything went great and I was not charged for any service done on my vehicle.
