We arrived at the scheduled time for our routine service only to find out that they did not have a record of our appointment. After apologizing, we were told that it might be 45 minutes or so before they could get to us. We said that was OK, we drove 2 hours so we were willing to wait. After chatting with a couple of the sales people and sitting in a few of the newer models, a service tech. came to say that the oil change was done, new wipers installed and recommended that the tires be rotated. All in all, this took far less than the 45 minutes we expected. Top notch folks all around!
