DO NOT RENT FROM FIRST REALTY!!! I have never experienced unprofessional company like this. I don't' know how it stays in business! They won't use the deposit money to fix anything, but then they also won't return any deposit money. It's better to go with other property managing companies around town (There are so many better ones in town.) I guess they make it by exploiting all these college students that know nothing.
