run fast as you can. i requested to go to platnium blonde and they could not even get that right!! They are definately giving REDKEN a bad name esp if they are a redken school. They even tell you you need this and that kind of product and over charge you for things that you dont even need. They are supposed to be a school so prices should be cheaper. If you want a GREAT place to get your hair done go to the cutting edge and have pamela do it. It will def cost me some $$$$ to get my hair looking the way it should be instead of a canary.
