WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE\r

I have taken my Lincoln MKS twice to this location, and the level of service has been less then acceptable.\r
this dealer over charges for all their services, I have shopped them at other dealers and they are aways higher.\r

my last visit on 03.19.2014 they said I needed a certain part for my car and that it wasn't covered and it would cost almost 700.00 , I took it to another dealer and they found they the part they stated was mis diagnosed so it made it hard for me to get it covered because stevens Lincoln had already reported it as a different diagnosis after a long journey the extended warranty sent out an inspector and covered the part. but It was a big mess and time consuming to get it covered. needless to say be very careful when trusting this dealer.
