Worst retail experience of my entire adult life, hands down. Never called to update, never returned my calls. Promised car would be ready several times only to have it not actually be ready or even close. Took 3 months to complete repairs and one year later I discovered that two tires were replaced that were suppose to be Hankook, insurance company was charged for Hankook but as it turns out, they were two completely different brands and NOT Hankook and now I can't get my tire pressure sensor to turn off.\r

I literally wouldn't take my car to this place again if it were the last repair facility on earth, it was just that horrible.
