The worst service. I went there to repair my 7 year engagement ring which is part of a set with the wedding band and was given very poor customer service. I had to wait for two hours while excuses were made for not repairing it, including I had not brought the item in for bi-yearly cleanings, there was no evidence of wear and tear (! after 7 years!!!!) and it was their perception that the ring did not break due to wear and tear and they would not cover the repair. We did have the repair warranty but according to the store, since we did not come in for biyearly cleanings, they would not cover the repair or exchange. Further, I was told that the ring was not meant to be worn all the time and was supposed to be removed while doing tasks (who takes off their wedding ring?). Further they quoted a price for the ring that we bought that was off by almost a $1000; we have a receipt to prove it; just proving their business is a pack of lies and deceit intended to just sell. Ignore the customer. They even tried to sign me up for a credit card, find out my income, then say that I can afford the monthly payments to pay for the exchange (almost $1500!!!!). Are you kidding me?!!! I would recommend staying as far away from this establishment unless you want to feel frustrated, ignored, and over pay for a product that is not worth it. Customer service counts for alot; if the customer is not treated well; they will take their business elsewhere, and tell all their friends and family about the horrible experience.
