unusual visit for me. first time I will need to come back to complete the service since my 2011 Honda Fit has unusual size passenger window wiper size (14") and aren't kept in stock. had to be special ordered. Plus you were out of oil filter for my car so that too had to be ordered. Will pick both up in a week when I come back down that way, since I drive from Dayton (my choice). This little inconvenience by no means changes my opinion about your overall services which I have been very happy with in the past. I may call ahead of time in the future to be sure you have those parts so I don't have to make return trip. Since YOU asked for my feedback I am providing what my experience was. Don't mistake this as a complaint. Just stating the facts you asked for.
