Although the original lease purchase had some unfortunate gliches resulting in misinformation that ultimately resulted in a higher lease payment than we were told to our face, we find the service department to be very professional. I would like to say that we were told the day of the lease agreement that my daughter could bring in her car any time to have it washed. Since that time, she has been told that she shouldn't really bring it in very often because they didn't really mean "any time" after all. Salesmen shouldn't say things they don't really mean and should keep their promises.....especially when dealing with a poor 18 year old girl. I would recommend the service department, but probably not the sales department. Four stars for service dept and one star for sales dept.
