Went for service work on my 2012 Focus. Transmission was not shifting correctly. Tom and his mechanic fixed the problem 1989 within 2 hours by reprogramming the trans. Car works great. I have been buying from Sal since and Dominic a few years later. No better people to deal with. Can't wait for my next buying experience (March 2014). I have been buying Fords since 1961 (1958 1st one) and have had no real problems with any of them. This dealership and Fords are tops.\r
