Went for Oil Change -- so not major service. Went without appointment which meant I had to wait for 2 hours (was told upfront and they did take little under 2 hrs). There was coffee / snack / TV while I waited. There was also play area for toddlers and Scottsdale airport next to it meant one can spend some time looking at planes take off / land along with checking out cars on the lot.
Cost is little higher (thats why 4stars) than what you can get outside but they put recommended viscosity oil and do wash your car as well.
