I just wanted to take a minute to let you all know about my experience with Colonial VW. My VW Tiguan began leaking oil after hours on a weekday. I called the shop first thing in the morning in a full fledged panic and was lucky enough to have Billy McGrath answer the phone. He immediately scheduled me, and assured me there would be a rental available. Not only did he have the rental available, he had it started and warmed up when I arrived. He kept in constant communication with me to let me know what was going on with my car and it was fixed in a timely manner. I am truly grateful to him for making a troublesome situation much more manageable. The service I experienced was fabulous and I truly could not be happier. Thank you Billy Mac!
