Despite what another reviewer comments, the individual luggage store depends upon the manufacturer and shipper to deliver. It was very magnanimous to offer a loaner piece. I wonder whether Macy's would make that offer!\r

If you are looking for luggage and travel goods, there is no better destination than The Luggage Center.(if you are looking for chit chat or miracles, perhaps elsewhere?)
