I just wanted to leave a note and say that Jon was extremely helpful when he came over to the house. Not only did he follow through with the services in a timely and very appropriate manner, but while he was installing the new UV light system he also spent time educating me on what it was, how it worked, and how to maintain it.
If providing your customers with quality service is a top priority for your business, I would make sure he is out in front of your customers every day.
