I called Jon Wayne and recieved immediate service at my convenience. James, the technician knew exactly what I needed and went to work to check my enitre system. He explained the situation that was causing my problem and explained how he would solve the problem. He took time to make sure I understood what he was doing and why he checked the various parts of my unit. A knowledge man with the necessary expertise to do the job.
