They do not honor their warranty s and are INCREDIBLY rude . I had my battery for 4 months and twice I had problems with it completely dieing for no reason then when it got cold out it quit working altogether so when I went to take it back they told me that it voids the warranty if the battery freezes. I have never heard of this because that s why I paid extra for a 10 year warranty, I am not taking my car battery out after every use are you freaking kidding? Also, EVERYONE I know has batteries that work just fine despite the weather so they just have a shoddy product, never have I had so many problems with a battery.
