I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you about the excellent service we received today from one of your service specialists. His name was Brian #35. In a very professional manner he found our problem and promptly provided us with a thermostat for our AC-Heater unit. This was not the first time we required service for this matter, but it is the first time we feel confident the issue was resolved. Brian #35 has provided service to us on several occasions.
